Absolute World Group Chairman & CEO

Born in Liverpool, England in 1964, Bryan is the ultimate visionary who has driven the company to remarkable heights of exponential growth. Bryan started his career in the vacation ownership industry, with extensive senior management experience, a solid understanding of the need to bring on board globally recognised partners and a gift for seeing potential in new employees.

He has used his talent to drive the company to become Asia’s premier mixed-use resort developer and vacation ownership provider.

By 2007, Bryan had grown the Absolute Resorts and Hotel management property portfolio to over US $100m in under two years, while also selling in the first two years of developing over US $15m of generic real estate as well as driving in excess of US $50m annual global vacation ownership sales. The following year, he masterminded the group’s rise to market leader in the fractional ownership market, personally selecting seven Absolute World projects exclusively for location and investment potential.

He is very health conscious and has introduced unique well-being policies throughout all offices, providing staff with access to alternative therapies and a regular Boot Camp exercise club. Bryan is based in Hong Kong with his family, from where he continues to drive the group to new heights.

 

 

Svetlana KostromitinaSvetlana Kostromitina

Absolute World Group Vice President of Russian Sales

Russian-born Svetlana Kostromitina is co-founder of the Absolute World Group and sales guru behind the phenomenal expansion of the company. A design graduate of the Moscow Academy who also has a Masters in sport and a diploma in music, Svetlana was managing a team of 25 sales professionals to levels of excellence by her mid-20s, generating more than 12.5 million euros a year.

After joining the Sales and Business Development arm of the Absolute World Group in 1998, she pushed hard to grow the firm to 27 sales centers globally within ten years. Through her solid leadership she developed the Russian and Thailand sales offices to levels that are the envy of the industry.

Today, Svetlana is focused on the growth of fractional sales as a natural upgrade from traditional vacation ownership products as well as constantly analyzing clients’ needs and future market trends, with a view to expanding Absolute Group sales centers strategically worldwide.

Svetlana, who is based in Phuket, Thailand, is a member of the Anthony Robbins Platinum Partnership and is consistently striving to accomplish her many personal goals from completing the Chicago Marathon to training to become a licensed helicopter pilot.

 

 

Vladimir SuchevanVladimir Suchevan

Absolute World Group Chief Operations Officer

Vladimir Sucevan is the dynamic Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of the Absolute World Group. Born in Moldova, Vladimir is an international entrepreneur who now lives in Spain, where he’s the longest-established Russian businessmen on the coast.

A graduate of Kishinev Pedagogical University, Vladimir began his career in the tourist industry in Tenerife and across Russia. On arrival in Spain, he partnered friends Bryan and Svetlana to create Europe’s most successful vacation ownership company, The Absolute World Group.

Vladimir has a strong background in finance and management, and leads and manages a large workforce across Spain, The Canaries, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey, China and Hong Kong.

Vladimir, a married father of two, leads an adventurous lifestyle that has included climbing Mulcahen in Spain and trekking Everest for charity. He also enjoys sport, collecting watches, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children. He speaks fluent Russian, English, Spanish and Romanian.
