Call it corporate social responsibility, or just giving something back,  the Absolute World Group place substantial focus on the development of our CSR structure and the career enhancement of our global employees, many of whom have been with us since inception.

Our workforce are positioned across China, Europe, Hong Kong, Russia, Indonesia and Thailand, so effective communication, training and operational platforms are key to the development of our workforce and our ability to provide the best service for our members.  With a strong emphasis on staff health and well-being, we operate many innovative company-wide well-being policies.  Staff are put through their paces on a regular basis by a personal trainer as part of Absolute Boot Camp or regular yoga on the beaches of many of our stunning tropical locations.

We are actively involved in a wide variety of community and volunteering activities.  When the tsunami struck in 2004, many Thai children were instantly orphaned. With a widespread presence in Thailand, Absolute were emotionally affected by the disaster and have since worked with charities such as “Phuket has been Good to Us” to help these children.

As well as donating their time to local schools, giving blood and clothing where needed, staff of all levels have also swam, cycled and ran in a variety of Triathlon activities to raise money for this cause. The company also actively supports the Christel House global foundation and charities in the wider Asian communities such as Ban Mueang Phia with whom the company and its staff are dedicating resources to building a new Art and Cultural Center in Khon Kaen province in Northern Thailand. Working alongside the Mongkolsarnvisudth Foundation, the Art and Culture Center will help raise local people’s awareness of the history of the region and would become an eco-tourism destination based on sustainable development principles benefiting the local community.
